OXFAM Fundraiser | RMC Teachers to participate in Trailwalker

"We believe all lives are equal and no-one should live in poverty. Together we are on the ground, empowering communities to tackle poverty."

— Oxfam

Three of our energetic Primary School staff are tackling poverty, one kilometre at a time, when they take on the Oxfam Trailwalker from the 19-21 June.

Mrs Machelle Baruksopulo, Mrs Mel Coutts and Mrs Ann Andersen will be testing their mind and body, challenging themselves to walk 100km of bush trail in under 48 hours, in Australia's original charity team endurance event.

To help kick off their campaign, they held a successful fundraiser recently, selling $1 ice blocks to excited students on the College Green.

Their team, "ALL THE GONES", are looking forward to raising much needed funds and awareness. They have currently raised $780.00 towards their target goal of $1,600.00
