A Night in the Spotlight: Secondary Student’s Film Night

The big screen lit up last Friday night as our Senior Film, Television and New Media students showcased their creativity, talent and hard work at the annual Student Film Night.

Bringing together students from Years 7 to 12, the evening celebrated the imagination and dedication of our emerging filmmakers, who took on roles as writers, directors, cinematographers, and actors to bring their stories to life. With fun, light-hearted tales, suspenseful thrillers, and emotional stories, the films offered a glimpse into the incredible talent that is nurtured through the College's Arts Program.

The event also recognised the many student volunteers who stepped in front of the camera, generously lending their time and acting skills to help bring each production to life. With an awards ceremony, audience prizes and plenty of entertainment, Film Night was a fantastic celebration of collaboration, storytelling and the power of creativity.

Congratulations to the Senior students and their supporting cast and crew for sharing their work on the big screen and making the evening a memorable celebration of filmmaking.
