A Whole New World Brought to Life in 2026 College Musical

The College Musical took audiences on a magic carpet ride last weekend with a spectacular production of Disney Aladdin Jnr. Featuring talented students from both the Primary and Secondary School, the production was a tremendous success, showcasing the incredible dedication, talent and teamwork of everyone involved.

Based on the beloved Disney animated film, Disney Aladdin Jnr follows the adventure of Aladdin, a young dreamer who uncovers a magical lamp and finds himself caught up in a world of wishes, friendship, discovery and romance.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the strong sense of community they experienced, the new friendships they formed and the confidence they developed throughout the production. Like Aladdin’s own adventure, the musical provided students with the opportunity to step into something new, share an exciting journey with others, and discover new possibilities.

The success of the musical was a wonderful reflection of the commitment, creativity and enthusiasm of everyone involved, including those on stage and behind the scenes.

A special acknowledgement goes to the many staff members who generously volunteered their time to support the production, often taking on roles and responsibilities well beyond their usual day-to-day work. Their commitment, along with the dedication of our volunteers, was instrumental in bringing the production to life.
