Cross Country Carnival Launches 2026 Interhouse Spirit!

Last Thursday, our College oval was alive with energy and excitement as students from Kindy to Year 12 took part in the annual Interhouse Cross Country Carnival. With ideal conditions and plenty of House pride on display, the event was a fantastic start to the 2026 Interhouse Competition.

Adding to the fun, this year’s theme of Aussie Tradies saw students embracing the spirit with creative costumes and plenty of hi-vis shirts, hard hats and tool belts, bringing an extra layer of colour and character to the day.

From the starting whistle to the final finishers, students showed determination, resilience, and outstanding sportsmanship. Cheers echoed across the course as Houses rallied together, creating an atmosphere full of encouragement, colour, and friendly rivalry.

Today, we were delighted to recognise our Primary Cross Country Age Champions at a special presentation, celebrating their outstanding efforts on the course. Congratulations also to Young House, who were victorious in the Primary Carnival and to Magee for winning the Spirit Cup.

A big thank you to our staff and volunteers for their efforts in making the carnival such a success.
