Police Roll in on RMC Patrol | Connecting with Our Local Community
The College was delighted to welcome Senior Sergeant Lynton Bradbury and Constable Kimberley Henderson from Pimpama Police Station for a visit with our Senior Executive Team last week. Mr Bradbury recently stepped into the role of Officer in Charge and is leading efforts to engage with RMC and 14 other schools in the local region. The visit formed part of a broader initiative to understand how each school operates and explore how local police can support day-to-day needs from a community safety perspective.
The conversation included a valuable exchange about educational initiatives delivered by the Queensland Police Service, further highlighting opportunities for collaboration and student engagement.
To thank them for their time and to send them off in true RMC style, the officers were presented with an RMC cap to display at the station, setting what may become a new tradition among local schools and serving as a visible symbol of partnership between education and policing!
