A Bon Appétit Festival Special for Year 10 Hospitality Students

Our Year 10 Hospitality students donned their aprons and put their entrepreneurial skills to the test as they travelled the culinary globe for their recent assessment task.

Held during Harmony Week, an official celebration that recognises diversity, the students teamed up to create a taste-tingling Food Festival, featuring 10 international dishes to be sold at bespoke market stalls. To refine their skills and ensure quality, the budding chefs trialled their dishes twice in class, practising and perfecting their recipes before the big event.

The festival was a tremendous success, as Secondary students and staff rolled in to purchase over 100 dishes presented on the day.
