The College community gathered today for a joyful Christmas Assembly filled with festive spirit and plenty of student sparkle. Applause rang through the Colin Young Community Centre as our outgoing Principal, Mr Richard Young, and his wife, Mrs Karen Young, were towed through a delightful "guard of Year 1 and Year 2 elves" atop Santa’s sleigh.
Students from Year 3 showcased confidence and plenty of enthusiasm for their annual Christmas play. The Primary and Secondary choirs entertained with traditional Christmas songs, and the Year 6 students dazzled on stage with a lively jazz performance.
Generosity was also front and centre as the Salvation Army were presented with the many baskets of donated goods thoughtfully contributed by our College community.
The Assembly closed with gratitude, celebration and a shared sense of Christmas spirit. We wish all families a safe and Merry Christmas.
