Levi Chestnut is Revving up for State Representation on the International Motocross Stage!
Year 10 student Levi Chestnut is set to take on some of the biggest challenges of his motocross career over the next few weeks, after being selected to represent Queensland in the MX85 Class for Motorcycling Australia's Motocross Challenge, held as part of the prestigious International MXGP Series in Darwin from 17 to 20 September 2026.
Levi is one of just six riders selected for Team Queensland in the MX85 Division. Racing at an event of this calibre is an incredible opportunity for the young motocross rider, who will compete over three days of elite racing, where the world's best motocross riders head to settle the championship.
The excitement doesn't end there.
Just days later, Levi will travel south to compete at the Australian Junior Motocross Championship (AJMX) in Shepparton, Victoria, from 28 September to 3 October, representing Motorcycling Queensland and the Queensland MX Subcommittee.
These selections are a significant achievement and reflect the commitment, determination, and countless hours Levi has put into his racing.
Levi's mother, Leilani, said his selections are a particularly proud moment for the family, demonstrating Levi's dedication and determination for the sport.
"It is such an honour for Levi to be selected for the world-class MXGP and the Australian Titles. These prestigious events are the highest level for Motocross internationally and nationally, and Levi has worked very hard for his spot at the top."
