Year 8 Students Embark on a Journey through Medieval Times

Our Year 8 cohort recently enjoyed an unforgettable experience as the team from Living History took them on an enthralling and enchanting journey into Medieval History. Through interactive demonstrations, engaging discussions and captivating replica artefacts, the students were transported back in time and given a firsthand glimpse into life during this fascinating period.

From knights clad in shining armour to elegant noble ladies and hardworking peasants, the showcase brought the diverse social classes of the Middle Ages to life. The session culminated in medieval games, archery, and a mock melee combat, which allowed the students to truly understand the challenges faced by the people of this era.
